Advice about caring for your body and mind is conflicting and often confusing, making it hard to know what’s best. Many people abandon any effort to take care of themselves because it’s just too difficult. And somethings work well for someone but not for everyone!
I want this website to be about every aspect of caring for your body: rest and sleep; food, diet and nutrition; and exercise, beauty routines and clearing our mind of clutter. I hope it provides a framework for thinking about doing the right thing by your body and helping you to work out what’s best for you and your body. This is the best anti aging formula!
When you treat your body with love and respect, it will love and respect you back. We can’t abuse our bodies and minds and then expect they will treat us well! When we learn to treat our bodies with love and respect eating nourishing foods, exercising and noticing all the things that make us beautiful, our body will help restore us to feeling like the kings and queens we are.
When you don’t take good care of yourself you lose your inner glow. Our beauty comes from within, but if we don’t take good care of ourselves, it dampens that inner glow.
It’s easy to get caught up in the continuous cycle of work, sleep, and more work. After a while, your body screams in protest and demands you pay attention to its needs. Your body and mind deserve some rest. In just a few minutes a day you can find small ways to take care of yourself that don’t cut into your busy schedule.
